					<description>The performance of the players made them stars of the media. their failure  also hurts  them similarly. So while i agree that their chances in the team and payment should both be performance driven, a balance between changing too often and giving potentials enough time on the field is something management have been grappling with in the past. Even all the above changes sugested may not be magical. At the end of the day we are not performing as unit and thats what hurts the team and the nation. my 2 cents.</description>
