					<description>I think its about balance. without touching a winning and working side, you may be not able to find better combinations or give opportunities to youngsters and rising stars, while doing too much of this might affect team work, morale and playing patterns. I think as a coach you have a dilemma of having a balance in  these choices. If the change in combination wins the match, people praise the change. else blame the change. From a long term perspective i think greg is trying to merely trying to find a combination which will take us to the world cup FINAL.</description>
