Atlast the stage is set for the finals of the ICC world cup 2007 with began with such fanfare and expectations which the tournament favorites could not keep up to. The srilankan tigers with their combination of youth , master spinner and speedster malinga proved explosive with the combination of experience of Vaas, Jayawardhane, Jayasurya and sangarkarra. The face the clinical australians who have yet to come close to faltering in the last 3 world cups. Although i would want to put my money on australia, i do wish srilanka pulls up a surprise here if they get their A class game today. I am eager to watch the finals and ready to be proved wrong once again.
