England beaten by New zealand..

Adelaide: England came down crashing against new zealand and were all out for a partly 120 runs chasing a new zealand modest score of 210. After a crashing defeat in the ashes, england continue to perform badly showing lack of confidence esp in their batting abilities. Now i do feel for the english team and wish they play according to their potential. The pitches in parts of australia seem to assist seamers and batting is never easy on these tracks. Jacob oram provided a match winning innings of 86 runs and rescues the kiwis from a similar position where the top order fell apart. Flintoff was the pick in the bowling side with 4 wicket under his belt. New zealand bowled beautifully and only Ed joyce showed any resistance for his gritty 47. Wickets fell at regular intervals and the lack of confidence was exposed in the batting lineup.They call it the “flintoff curse” when just a few months ago they were praising him for his captaincy.All they need , i think is to pick themselves back with one win to regain their confidence.
Every following match i n the commonwealth series would be a important one for the england team if they want to find a place in the finals. I hope they do come good and surprise the finalists even, but then I have been proved wrong many a time.
