Cricket broadcast in Hongkong..

Does anyone know if NowTV covers both the India-srilanka series as well as the world cup in Hongkong. I plan to try and find out from Now if they plan to show these matches and on which channels and post it on the site?

where and how are people not in HK watching these matches ?
